AI for schools and training teams

How Nidrosoft audits a school or training team: rosters, inboxes, and the next-term list a person still sends. Book a free audit.

Nidrosoft Team

AI for schools and training teams at Nidrosoft means sitting in the roster, the family or student inbox, and the next-term list a person still sends. We do not grade a student, change an IEP, or message a parent as if we were the registrar. The audit maps hours. The build, if there is one, stays inside the SIS, LMS, or mailbox you already pay for.

Key takeaways

  • We start with intake, reminders, and the list that ages between terms.
  • Method: Embed, Diagnose, Scope, Build, Own. Same as how we work.
  • A person still accepts anything that becomes a family message or a record in the SIS.
  • We decline auto-grade and any write into a student information system without staff.
  • Book a free audit if a dean or ops lead can grant folder or SIS read access.

Where the hours sit

A small school or training shop still runs on a roster, a shared inbox, and a spreadsheet of who has not returned the form. PowerSchool, Canvas, Blackbaud, or a cousin. Someone chases transcripts. Someone answers “when is orientation.” Someone copies last term’s welcome mail and then spends the afternoon in a meeting.

Those loops are the term. Admissions knows one list. The registrar knows another. The audit is how those lists become one ranked page.

What we sit in

We ask for the SIS or LMS, the shared inbox, and one redacted roster extract. Embed means we watch a real enrollment week. Diagnose means we cost the repeats.

Corporate training on this site is a different leftover: a room for leadership or engineers. This page is the school or academy that already has students and a form pile.

The audit

Two weeks. We sit with the person who answers families and the person who owns the roster. We write the system of record, the operator, the inheritor, and the human gates. If nobody can approve a FERPA-sensitive send, the map says so.

The packet ranks hours. Missing forms. Orientation questions. Next-term reminders. The first line might be “draft the missing-form note, send stays on the registrar.” The first line might be “hire a coordinator, not us.”

What we identify

We look for templates you already use: a welcome mail, a missing-document list, a waitlist note. Those can be drafted. Academic judgment is not a template. It is the instructor’s job.

A useful first system drafts the reminder from the roster field. A person still sends it. A useful second system lists forms that are older than the date you already published.

What we will not do

We will not grade. We will not write an IEP. We will not message a parent as the school. We will not train on student records you cannot share. If counsel needs a DPA, say that to cyriac@nidrosoft.com first.

A tutor-bot pitch with no roster access gets a no. Seats-only work is training.

How Nidrosoft handles this

Embed in the inbox. Diagnose the hours. Scope one form queue. Build only if send stays under staff. Own means the office can run the draft after we leave.

Nidrosoft has shipped 125 products and keeps 16 public. None of those 16 is a school SIS. The number that matters is whether this week’s missing forms have a note before orientation.

Frequently asked questions

K-12 or only adult programs? If there is a repeating inbox and a person who can approve a send, we can sit there. Student-record rules are stricter in K-12. We will write the gate in the scope.

Do you replace the registrar? No. We cut the retyping of a reminder. The registrar still owns the record.

What do we send to start? A redacted missing-form list and the name of the person who can email a family. Book a free audit.

The leftover

School work is a queue with a student record rule. We map the queue. We leave the rule in a human’s hands. Write cyriac@nidrosoft.com or use contact.
