Scope sets the fee. This page will not invent one. A community session you attend on your own time is not an invoice from us. A private sprint is. Keep those clean.
If the honest next step is seats, we will say buy seats. If it is a strategy pack for a parent company, hire that firm. If it is a build, book the audit. Local pride does not change the leftover.
Cyriac Zeh. Nidrosoft. San Diego. Your files. Your playbook. That is the offer.
If you are driving from La Mesa, El Cajon, Chula Vista, or North County, say the start time that matches traffic and shifts. A 8am downtown start is a different room than a 11am start. We will not assume UTC office hours for a dealer desk in Kearny Mesa or a clinic that opens at seven.
Parking, badges, and guest Wi-Fi should be boring and settled. A workshop that spends forty minutes on network access is a failed local advantage. Send a test login the day before. If the CRM is only on the office VLAN, sit in the office. A pretty hotel conference room that cannot see the tool is a touring boutique with ocean views.
If you want peers more than a private playbook, go to the Executive Roundtable or AI for the Rest of Us when those rooms are open, and take your own notes. Do not book a private sprint to recreate a community conversation. Do not book a community room and expect a custom playbook for your CRM. The table on this page exists so that mix-up stops.
Remote teammates in other states can join a San Diego room on a link. Give them the same files. A hybrid room that treats the remote people as an audience will waste their morning. We would rather run two sessions than one half-attended hybrid show.
If you wanted a monthly local office hours subscription, say so. We may point you to the rent-an-engineer page or to a single follow-up after the playbook. We will not invent a standing happy hour to look neighborly. A private sprint with a file you can reopen beats a recurring mixer with no leftover.
