Main fit is 30 to 250 people with a decision maker who can grant access. Smaller teams fit when one build pays back (a single inbox, a single lot list, a single model bill). Larger London corporates start in one desk or one desk cluster, with a sponsor, not a transformation theatre across 12 entities.

Money, contracts, and customers stay under a human. In a city that has seen a decade of flashy automations, that sentence is the product. You will see it in the scope as an approval step, not as a values poster.

A London dental group can open Omnira Dental and see agentic software aimed at practice work. UK clinical rules are not included in the product marketing, and we will not imply they are. Bring the practice software name and the reception reality. We follow that.

London property operators (lettings, asset managers, people who still chase possession files) can open Eviction Wizard and see a notice-to-writ dashboard. The statutes will be the ones your solicitor provides. The win is one packet and a trail, which is what most London inboxes lack.

Dealer groups with a London office and yards outside the North Circular can look at Nexuvo: three times the private-party inventory, about 80 percent less manual outreach, overnight. Software companies around Old Street can look at TokenTra and the 10 to 30 percent waste cut when spend is visible by feature. Retainers exist for teams that want the next workflow after the first. They are still remote first. They are still one thread.

London legal teams often want a data processing addendum before a guest account exists. Send it.
