French buyers often want a partner who can run the kickoff in French and sign with a local entity. Cyriac Zeh will not pretend he is that partner. If your operators can work in English for the build, and your customers can keep seeing French in the emails and the screens, this page is for you. That split is common in software, industry, and groups that already have a US or UK parent. It is less common in a purely domestic mid-market firm that wants every workshop in French. Those firms should hire in France.

Paris is the search magnet. Lyon, Toulouse, Nantes, Bordeaux, Lille, Grenoble, Sophia Antipolis, and the rest of the country sit on this same URL. We do not cut a page per métropole. We also do not claim a delivery centre in any of them. A software team in Station F and a plant admin team in Toulouse share a language on this page and almost nothing else in the stack. The Paris team may already live in GitHub and Linear. The Toulouse team may live in a Cegid screen and a shared mailbox. Both can book the same audit. The first watch has to happen on the screen that is true, which is often the one in Toulouse even when the contrat is signed in the 8th arrondissement.

Remote first. A week on site happens when the floor, the clinique, the atelier, or the yard is the only place the work makes sense, and when that week is written into the scope. CDG and LYS are easy to fly into. That does not make us a French company. If we fly, we spend the week where the copy-paste happens. A day of handshakes in a Paris HQ and four days of watching a empty process map is a wasted ticket. Cyriac Zeh will say that on the audit, as Nidrosoft and as The AI Architect, before anyone buys a flight.

France shares the Netherlands and Germany clock. A 16:00 meeting in Paris is 07:00 in San Diego. That is when Cyriac takes French audits. A 9:30 stand-up in Lyon is the middle of the California night. We will not be on it.

The French calendar has its own empty weeks. Ponts in May, the 15 August close, and the stretch from late July through the rentrée can empty a room that stays full in California. Zone A/B/C school holidays move ops teams even when HQ stays open. Put the blackouts on the invite. A go-live on a Friday before a pont is how you get a system with no approver. We would rather slip a week than pretend California can cover a French inbox on a jour férié. If your plant runs August and your HQ does not, name the plant as the owner for that month.

If your group splits Paris HQ and a plant in Toulouse, tell us which clock the approver actually answers on. If you also have a Montreal or Dakar team, that is a different offset and belongs in the notes. Canada and Africa have their own region pages when those operators own the workflow.

Azure France, AWS Paris, or a broader EU region (Frankfurt, Ireland, Belgium) are all fine when your DPO already named them. We will not move a production mailbox to a personal US project to save a day. If a prototype must leave the tenant, you approve the destination.

Approved access and audit trails are on the residency list. A guest account with an end date. A human on money, contracts, and customer sends. If your RSSI wants logs in a SIEM you already run, we write there.

Works-council-shaped conversations (CSE) appear in larger French companies. If a tool that reads mail needs a briefing, say so in week one. We will describe the system in plain English you can translate, including what it must not do. We are not French labour counsel. If the CSE requires a body in the building every Tuesday, hire a French firm. If the CSE needs a written description of logging, retention, and the human approval step, we will write that description and you can put it in the dossier. That is the useful split.

Embed means watching the repeating job, including the Excel that never made the architecture committee. Diagnose means hours, feasibility, payback. Scope means what runs, what a person signs, what it should save. Build means your tenant. Own means a person in France can run it at 9:30 without waiting for California.

Fit: 30 to 250 people with a decision maker. Smaller teams when one build pays. Larger groups start in one direction, with a sponsor who can grant access without a six-month COPIL. A board-only stratégie IA with no build should buy a French consultancy that sells that slide.

A mid-market manufacturer in the Loire or in Isère often has the same shape as a US plant: a scheduler, a quality spreadsheet, and a person who emails customers when a lot slips. We start with that person, in English if they have it, with a bilingual owner on the call if they do not. The build still lands in the tenant the RSSI already named. You meet Cyriac. He will tell you, in English, whether a workshop is enough, whether a build is the buy, or whether you should stay inside the Microsoft licences you already have. He will also tell you if you need a French firm with a SIRET and a weekly presence. French buyers who have sat through a year of US vendors handing them an account manager will notice the difference in the first 16:00: the person who heard the workaround is the person who names the field. If that feels thin because you wanted a rédaction and a bench in the 8th, it is thin. Hire that bench. Use this studio when English in the repo and a live system in your tenant are the product.

A French owner should be able to replay a failure at 9:30 and revoke our guest account without a ticket to San Diego. Documentation is part of the build, in English, with French screenshots if the interface is French. If you later hire a Paris agency, they should find a normal repo, a normal Azure or AWS project, and a runbook that names the human approval step. We will not leave a locked appliance that only San Diego can open.

Week one is access and the first watch. A named guest in your Microsoft tenant or Google Workspace, scoped to the mailbox or the CRM, with a date it dies. Then a 16:00 share with the person who still copies the fields. Cyriac Zeh takes that hour from San Diego. If the CSE needs the written description before the share, the description comes first and the watch slips a week. That slip is cheaper than a fight in week three.

Week two is the map: hours, feasibility, payback, written so a French owner can forward it without a call. If the honest answer is that Microsoft Copilot plus a better process is enough, we will say that and you can stop. Nidrosoft does not need every audit to become a build.

Hire in France when every workshop must be in French, when achats cannot sign a US studio, when a CSE process needs a body in the building every week, or when you need a local framework. Book this studio when English in the repo is acceptable, EU hosting in your accounts is enough, and you want Cyriac Zeh on the workflow.

Board-only strategy and chat seats alone are poor fits. A request for a Paris office is a request we will refuse.
