Amsterdam attracts the queries. The operators who write us sit in the Randstad and well outside it. A scale-up in Amsterdam-Noord, a port-adjacent team in Rotterdam, a manufacturer near Eindhoven, a professional-services desk in Utrecht, a public-adjacent supplier in The Hague. Nidrosoft will not pretend those are the same commute, and will not pretend we keep a canal-house key for any of them. The Amsterdam team may already live in GitHub and English Slack. The Eindhoven team may live in a MES screen and a shared mailbox. Both can book the same audit. The first watch has to happen on the screen that is true, which is often the mailbox in Eindhoven even when the contract is signed in a canal-side room someone rented for the day.

Remote first. Travel when the embed needs a week on a floor, in a practice, on a yard, or in a studio, and when that week is in the scope. Schiphol is an easy airport. That does not make us an Amsterdam company.

King’s Day, the May vacation week, and the late-July to mid-August empty office are real. Sinterklaas week is a soft close for some rooms. Put them on the invite. We will not learn them from a tourist calendar.

If your company splits people across Amsterdam and Eindhoven, that is still one clock. If you also have a Dublin or Berlin pod, say so. Ireland shares Greenwich time, not Central, and the overlap shifts by an hour.

Engineering, tickets, and the audit run in English. That matches how most Amsterdam product teams and many Eindhoven manufacturers already work. If the coordinator in Rotterdam speaks Dutch to customers, the templates stay Dutch. You provide the approved wording. We wire the system so they do not have to switch languages to finish a file.

Works councils (OR) show up in larger Dutch companies. If your OR needs a briefing before a tool watches a mailbox, say so in week one. We will write what the system does, what a person still approves, and what logging exists. We will not pretend to be Dutch labour counsel. If the OR requires a body in the building every Tuesday, hire a Dutch firm. If the OR needs a written description of logging, retention, and the human approval step, we will write that description in English you can put in the dossier. That slip of a week is cheaper than a fight in week three.

Embed means sitting with the person who still copies fields between Exact and a spreadsheet. Diagnose means hours, feasibility, payback. Scope means a result: what runs, what a human signs, what it should save. Build means Azure Netherlands, AWS Frankfurt or Ireland, Google europe-west4, or whatever you already pay for. Own means someone in Utrecht can revoke our guest account and still close the week.

Dutch mid-market in the 30 to 250 band is the main fit. Smaller teams when one inbox or one line pays back. Larger groups start in one afdeling with a sponsor. A ministry-shaped programme with a two-year tender is a different buy. Exact Online, AFAS, and Moneybird are common systems of record. We will not replace them for sport. We will watch how a coordinator still copies fields between Exact and a sheet, then wire the missing step so they stop doing that on a Tuesday night in Utrecht.

Money, contracts, and customers stay under a human decision. That is already a studio rule. It matches how a lot of Dutch rooms already want AI to behave, which is why we say it in the scope instead of in a values film.

Nexuvo is the automotive pattern: three times the private-party inventory, about 80 percent less manual outreach, overnight. Dutch dealer groups who still refresh Marktplaats and Facebook by hand can see the idea. TokenTra is the software-spend pattern: 10 to 30 percent of wasted AI cost cut when the bill is visible by feature. Amsterdam product teams with five model vendors are the usual readers.

Octana and MixGuidera cover video-from-a-message and mix notes from a track. Protectron is a public EU AI Act product, which is on-topic here in a way it is not on the United States page. A Dutch company that needs a compliance programme should still treat Protectron as a product to inspect, not as a certificate Nidrosoft hangs on the wall.

Manufacturing around Brainport, logistics around Rotterdam, and professional services in the Randstad use the same embed. We list them as industries, not as trophies. A planner who emails a customer when a container slips, or a buyer who still refreshes Marktplaats after dinner, is a better first watch than a strategy afternoon in a Zuidas glass box. Cyriac Zeh will say, as Nidrosoft and as The AI Architect, when a job needs a Dutch Integrator with an OR process that only opens to people in the building. The published numbers stay the ones on Nexuvo and TokenTra, because those are the systems we are willing to put a figure on.

This is the sentence Dutch buyers came for. Production can live in EU regions you already use. EU data residency where the file requires it. We will not route a mailbox through a personal US project to move faster. If a proof of concept must leave the tenant, you approve the destination in writing. A typical first month is a guest account, a 16:00 watch, a written map an Utrecht owner can forward, then production in West Europe or the region already on the security paper. If the OR needs the description first, the description comes first.

Azure West Europe, AWS eu-central-1 or eu-west-1, Google Belgium or Netherlands: we use the one your security paper already named. Cloudflare and private infrastructure stay on the list. Multiple tenants are fine when the Dutch entity must stay split from a US parent.

Transfer impact assessments and SCCs are your counsel’s documents. We provide architecture facts: where the model runs, where logs sit, who can decrypt. We do not provide a legal opinion from San Diego.

SOC 2 is not a studio claim. ISO 27001 is not a studio claim. If those boxes are gates, we fail them in week one and you can buy a different firm. Many Dutch mid-market teams still proceed because the work runs in their logging, in their region, under their DPA.

When the first workflow is live, a Dutch owner should be able to change a mapping and replay a failure without waiting for 16:00. Documentation is part of the build, in English, with Dutch screenshots if the interface is Dutch. If you later hire a local agency, they should inherit a normal repo, a normal Azure or AWS project, and a runbook that names the human approval step. We will not leave a locked appliance that only San Diego can open. If the next inbox is in Germany or Belgium, say so. Those rooms have their own paper. The method stays.

Transformation copies the pattern to the next team in the same country, or to a German or French sister company if that is the next inbox. It does not create Nidrosoft Nederland.

Protectron, TokenTra, Omnira, and the rest of the live list stay public while your counsel reads the DPA. That is their job during the legal week.

Buy a Dutch firm when you need a local entity, weekly presence, a government framework, or an OR process that only opens to people in the building. Buy this studio when you want Cyriac Zeh on the workflow, you can work in the afternoon overlap, and EU hosting in your accounts is the residency story you actually need.

Board-only strategy and chat seats alone are poor fits. A request to open an Amsterdam office is a request we will refuse.
