01
Is there a Nidrosoft office in Toronto or Vancouver?
No. The studio is in San Diego, California. Cyriac Zeh lives there. Canadian work is remote first, with travel when the embed needs time on site.
Map the company, cost the loops, and say what to ship or skip.
Design, MVP, prototype, and full-stack, including the cloud it runs on.
Agents and automations wired into the ERP, CRM, and inbox you already pay for.
Team by team across the company, until your people run what we ship.
Leadership or engineers on your own tools, with a playbook you keep.
Canada
Nidrosoft is based in San Diego, California. Cyriac Zeh lives there. There is no Toronto office, no Vancouver office, and no Montreal studio on a map. Canadian companies still book the same audit, sit in the same method, and keep the systems in their own accounts. English is the working language. French artifacts stay yours if that is how the province already runs.

Honesty
Canadian buyers search for a partner in their city because procurement, banking, and the first Slack huddle all feel local. Nidrosoft will not pretend to be a Bay Street firm. Cyriac Zeh founded the studio in San Diego after Anthropic, Microsoft (Bing and Edge), Intuit, and Gap Inc. He ships under The AI Architect when the job is design through production code. The company on the invoice is Nidrosoft LLC.
That is enough for a lot of Canadian operators, and it is a hard stop for some. If your board will only sign a vendor with a Canadian numbered company and a downtown lease, say so early. If your board will sign a US studio that builds inside your Microsoft tenant and your policies, keep reading. The public archive (Omnira Dental, Eviction Wizard, Nexuvo, TokenTra, Octana, MixGuidera) is the proof we are willing to put on a page.
Pacific Canada lines up with San Diego’s clock. Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal sit on Eastern Time, three hours ahead. Calgary and Edmonton sit on Mountain. The Maritimes sit further east. We plan the audit against your province, not against a generic North America slide.
Travel happens when the embed needs it. A week in a clinic, a warehouse, or a dealer group in Mississauga is a scoped trip. A software team in Kitchener that already lives in GitHub does not get a performative flight. You decide that with us after we have watched the work once on a share.
Interprovincial groups are common and easy to underspecify. A dealer group with lots in Alberta and Ontario, a clinic chain with a Manitoba admin hub, a software company with builders in Waterloo and sellers in Vancouver: say which province owns the tenant and which person can approve a send after 17:00 local. We will not invent a Canada-wide rollout from a single Toronto mailbox. The first system is one province, one workflow, one owner. The next province copies the pattern once someone there can run it.
What we will not print
No maple-leaf office map. No invented Canadian client logos. No claim that Nidrosoft is a Toronto company.
02
Clock
A Vancouver product lead and Cyriac share a business day. Standups at 9:30 Pacific are 9:30 in Vancouver and 12:30 in Toronto. That Eastern afternoon window is the one we protect for pairing when the operators sit in Ontario or Quebec. Calgary can take a late morning. Halifax needs the invite written with Atlantic Time so nobody misses the first hour.
If you are a distributed Canadian company (developers in Waterloo, ops in Winnipeg, leadership in Toronto) send the three clocks on the contact form. We pick one overlapping block and keep the rest in writing: tickets, recordings, and a ranked map you can read after dinner in Newfoundland.
Statutory holidays differ. Civic Holiday is not Labor Day. Boxing Day is a real close for many teams. We do not need a lecture on it. Put blackout weeks on the invite. San Diego will not assume your Friday in August is a working Friday.
Overlap from a San Diego, Pacific Time day
| Where your people sit | Offset from Pacific | Practical overlap |
|---|---|---|
| Vancouver, Victoria | Same clock | Full shared day, easy pairing |
| Calgary, Edmonton | Plus 1 hour | Almost a full day |
| Winnipeg | Plus 2 hours | Morning through mid-afternoon Pacific |
| Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal | Plus 3 hours | Your morning through early afternoon; our morning through early afternoon |
| Halifax, Charlottetown | Plus 4 hours | A shorter live window; more of the build goes async |
03
Language
The audit, the tickets, and the engineering conversation run in English. That covers most Canadian software, healthcare admin, automotive, and real-estate ops teams we hear from. If your customer-facing side is French, the interface and the templates can stay French. You supply the approved wording. We wire the system so a coordinator in Montreal does not have to switch languages to finish a file.
Quebec privacy and language rules are your counsel’s to name. We implement the retention, consent, and access path you already promised. We will not write a blog-shaped summary of Law 25 and call it advice. Send the policy. We build inside it.
Federal PIPEDA and the provincial acts sit in the same bucket. Nidrosoft does not sell a Canadian privacy certification. Your accounts, your processors, your deletion story. If a field cannot leave Canada, say that in the audit. We can keep compute in a region you name on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. EU hosting is available where required, which matters when a Canadian company also holds European customer data.
Bilingual brands often have English leadership and French operations, or the reverse. The owner we need in the room is the person who can approve a write to a customer or a payment. Title matters less than that authority.
Banking and payments across the border are ordinary and still worth a sentence. We invoice as Nidrosoft LLC. Your controller tells us whether they need the line in CAD, USD, or both, and how they want GST/HST described. We follow that description. We will not open a Canadian numbered company to make the invoice prettier. If that is a hard gate, you already know the next call is with a local firm.
04
Method
Canadian stacks look familiar from San Diego and still have their own gravity. Microsoft 365 is common. So is a homegrown Access database someone in Regina is afraid to touch. Automotive groups watch Canadian classifieds and Facebook the way US dealers watch Craigslist. Clinics run on the practice software the province already knows. We do not replace that gravity. We sit in it.
Embed, diagnose, scope, build, own. Two weeks to cost the recurring work if the audit says the map is worth it. A scope defined by what runs, what a person approves, and what it should save. Money and customer messages stay under a human. The how-we-work page is the long version. This page is the Canadian clock and the Canadian honesty about the office we do not have.
Cross-border groups (US parent, Canadian operating company, or the reverse) should say which legal entity owns the data. We will not guess. A build can live in the Canadian tenant and still have Cyriac on Pacific Time. A build can live in the US tenant with Canadian users on SSO. Those are different sentences on the statement of work.
05
Industries
Omnira Dental is live for dental practice work. A Canadian clinic group can click omnira.dental and see the shape: agents around intake and the front desk, not a chatbot taped to a brochure. If your college or provincial privacy officer needs a questionnaire, send it. We answer with the architecture you would actually run, in your accounts.
Eviction Wizard shows a notice-to-writ path for property operators. Canadian tenancy law is not US tenancy law. We will not drop an American statute into an Ontario file. What transfers is the method: one dashboard, one packet, a human on the send. The rules you paste in are the rules the system follows.
Nexuvo is the automotive artifact. Dealers on that system acquire three times more private-party inventory with about 80 percent less manual outreach. Canadian groups who buy cars from private sellers across marketplaces can see the pattern. The marketplaces change. The overnight outreach pattern does not.
TokenTra is for software companies that already burn tokens across vendors and cannot split the bill. Teams there cut 10 to 30 percent of wasted spend once the feature is visible. Canadian SaaS in Toronto, Waterloo, and Vancouver tends to have the same mess: five providers, one finance Slack, no chargeback. Octana and MixGuidera are the music and media artifacts, useful if your shop makes video or mixes and still pastes notes into a chat window.
Venture, manufacturing, FinTech, e-commerce, and professional services sit on /industries with the same method. We will not invent a Canadian pension fund or a Canadian hospital logo to make the page feel local.
Kijiji, AutoTrader.ca, Facebook Marketplace, and dealer management systems that only exist north of the border are the surfaces a Canadian automotive build actually touches. The Nexuvo numbers (three times the inventory, about 80 percent less manual outreach) come from the public system, not from a Canadian lot we are pretending to name. What transfers is the overnight hunt and the human on the buy. What stays local is the listing site and the provincial rules on contacting a seller.
Healthcare admin in Canada often sits on provincial practice software and a shared inbox that the college would not love. Omnira Dental is still the artifact to click. Your privacy officer's questionnaire is still the paper we fill. We will not claim a Canadian health certification. We will claim a willingness to sit with the coordinator who copies the same fields every morning in Mississauga or Burnaby.
06
Hosting
Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud all sell Canadian regions. If your policy says the database stays in Canada, we use that region. If your policy is silent and the team is already on US-East, we say so in the audit instead of quietly moving you. Cloudflare and private infrastructure are on the same residency list as in the United States.
EU hosting and EU data residency appear here because Canadian exporters often hold EU personal data. When that is true, we treat it the way we treat a Netherlands or Ireland build: keep that slice where the rule requires. When it is not true, we do not add a European region for decoration.
Approved access means a named login, an expiry, and a trail. We do not ask for a shared password in a PDF. Audit trails mean a human can see who drafted, who approved, and what went out. That matters in wealth, health, and housing as much as it does in software.
The studio has no SOC 2 report to attach. If your security questionnaire treats that as a gate, we will say so in the first week rather than dance. Some Canadian mid-market teams still proceed because the work runs in their tenant under their logging. Some do not. Both answers are clean.
07
People
You meet Cyriac. He is in San Diego. He takes Canadian calls in the overlap and writes the rest of the day. There is no Canadian account director. If that feels thin, it is thin. The compensation is that the person who heard the coordinator’s workaround is the person who names the field in the API.
Fit bands match the rest of the site. Under 30 people when one build pays back. Thirty to 250 when a CRM or a floor system already exists. Larger than 250 starting in one department with a sponsor in Canada who can unblock access. A Canadian bank with a 12-month vendor onboarding and no named department should buy a different shape of help.
Corporate training is available when leadership wants a half-day on the tools they already pay for. It is a poor substitute for a build if the inbox is still the product. The about page lists workshops and office hours so you can see the difference before you book.
08
Booking
Open /contact and pick a free audit on Google Calendar. Set the invite to America/Toronto, America/Vancouver, or America/Halifax so your team sees the truth. If the published slots are all Pacific-awkward, email cyriac@nidrosoft.com with two windows and the workflow you want watched. We reply within a day.
Bring the tool, not a brand film. A dealership export. A week of clinic voicemail tags. A Notion page that became the real CRM. A Stripe-plus-OpenAI bill. We will tell you whether to buy a workshop, a build, or nothing from us.
Procurement in Canada often wants a W-8, a security pack, and a statement about cross-border data. Send the pack. We fill the true parts: location San Diego, legal Nidrosoft LLC, person Cyriac Zeh, public systems on this site, EU hosting where required. We leave blank the certifications we do not hold.
09
Ownership
Repos, cloud projects, and admin roles stay in Canadian or group IT. When the first workflow is live, someone on your side can explain it to a new hire without booking San Diego. We remain available for the next workflow. We do not hold the keys back.
Documentation is part of the build: what runs, what a person approves, how to revoke the model, how to replay a failure. Training is a working session on your data, not a slide titled Enablement. If you want a longer transformation (team by team until the company can run the pattern) that offer exists. It still does not create a Toronto office.
Payments are in the currency we agree on the statement of work. We are not your GST/HST advisor. Your finance person tells us how they need the invoice described. We follow that description.
10
First month
Week one is access and the first watch. A named guest in your Microsoft tenant, scoped to the mailbox or the CRM, with a date it dies. Then a share with the person who still copies the fields. Eastern teams take a morning slot. Pacific Canada can use a normal shared day. If legal needs the cross-border note before the share, the note comes first and the watch slips a few days.
Week two is the map: hours, feasibility, payback, written so an owner in Toronto or Calgary can forward it without a call. You will see what we would automate, what we would leave alone, and what a person must still sign. If the honest answer is that a better process inside the tools you already bought is enough, we will say that and you can stop.
Weeks three and four, if you buy the build, are production in the region you named. Pairing lives in the overlap. Tickets cover the rest. If the first system is overnight outreach in the spirit of Nexuvo, your buyer should see a queue they can approve in their morning. If the first system is spend visibility in the spirit of TokenTra, the bill should split by feature in your own accounts.

FAQ
01
No. The studio is in San Diego, California. Cyriac Zeh lives there. Canadian work is remote first, with travel when the embed needs time on site.
02
Yes, when you name the region and the accounts. We build in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, or private infrastructure you already use. EU hosting is available where required.
03
The engineering conversation and the audit run in English. Interfaces and templates can stay French if that is how your floor already works and you supply the approved copy.
04
Toronto and Montreal are three hours ahead of San Diego. Book a morning audit on your clock. Pairing usually lives in your late morning through early afternoon.
05
Omnira Dental, Eviction Wizard, Nexuvo, TokenTra, Octana, and MixGuidera, plus the rest of the public archive. We do not publish unnamed Canadian logos.
