The United Kingdom is four nations and a pile of operators who do not sit in Zone 1. Manchester software, Edinburgh funds, Cardiff public-adjacent suppliers, Belfast shared-service centres, Leeds professional services, Bristol product companies. This page is for all of them. The London page exists because people search that city by name. It does not mean we staff London and ignore the rest.

Remote first is the default. A flight happens when the embed needs a week on a ward admin floor, a yard, a studio, or a dealer group, and when that week will change the diagnosis. Video is enough for a team that already lives in Google Meet and GitHub. We say which after the audit, not in a brochure that sells flights.

English is the working language, which is the easy part. The harder part is that UK teams often have a US parent, an Irish entity, or EU customers left over from before Brexit paperwork settled. Hosting and residency get written against those facts, not against a slogan about being global.

Companies House filings, VAT numbers, and whether you need a UK establishment on the paper are finance and legal facts. We will put San Diego and Nidrosoft LLC on every form that asks. We will not invent a UK subsidiary to clear a row in a spreadsheet. That honesty has ended some RFPs. It has also saved months for teams that would have discovered the same thing after a six-week security dance.

London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, and Belfast share a clock. In winter that clock is eight hours ahead of San Diego. In summer, British Summer Time, the gap is still eight hours because California moves as well. The live window is your afternoon and our morning. A 3pm UK audit is 7am Pacific. Cyriac takes those. A 9am UK standup is 1am in San Diego and does not happen.

That constraint is useful. UK teams get a quiet morning to do their own work, then a live block after lunch while San Diego is fresh. Recordings and tickets cover the rest. If your culture demands a daily 9:30 huddle with the vendor on the call, we are the wrong vendor unless you move the huddle.

Bank holidays are not US holidays. August bank holiday, early May, and the stretch around Christmas all close UK rooms that stay open in California. Put them on the statement of work. We will not book a go-live on a Friday when your approvers are already on a train.

England is where most of the inbound search still concentrates, and it is not the only place work exists. A software company in Cambridge or Reading books the same path as a clinic group in Birmingham. Scotland adds its own property and health administration details. Wales and Northern Ireland often sit inside UK-wide groups with a local ops lead who actually knows the inbox. That local lead is the person we want on the first watch, even if the contract is signed in London.

We will not write a paragraph that pretends Nidrosoft has delivered in every ceremonial county. The honest version: you name the site, the system, and the owner. We embed there, on the wire or in person. If your estate is UK-wide, we start in one nation and one department, then copy the pattern.

UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 are your counsel’s framework. We implement the access, retention, and transfer story you already tell the ICO and your customers. The studio does not sell a UK GDPR badge. EU hosting and EU data residency remain available where required, which still matters when a UK company holds EU personal data or runs an EU entity.

If your buyers are in the US and your builders are in the UK, say which tenant owns production. A common pattern is US execs on Pacific Time and UK engineers on the afternoon overlap. That pattern fits this studio unusually well, because the founder is already on the US side of that split.

Embed means we sit with the coordinator in Leeds or the buyer in Glasgow and watch the repeating job, including the spreadsheet that never made the architecture review. Diagnose means hours, feasibility, payback. Scope means you buy a result: what the system does alone, what a person still signs, what you expect to get back. Build means production in your tenant. Own means your people can run it when we log off at 10:30 Pacific / 18:30 UK.

UK mid-market companies in the 30 to 250 band are the main fit. Smaller teams work when one build pays for itself. Larger organisations start in one department with a sponsor who can grant access without a six-month steering group. A programme that only wants a strategy pack for the board should buy a strategy firm.

Money, contracts, and customers stay under a human decision. That sentence is on the about page for a reason. UK readers in regulated-adjacent work (health admin, property, finance ops) tend to need it in writing. You will get it in the scope, not as a footnote.

Healthcare on this site is Omnira Dental, live for dental practice work. UK dentistry and US dentistry do not share a regulator. What you can inspect is the shape of the product: agents around the front desk and follow-up, built for how a practice already runs. If you operate clinics, bring your software name to the audit. We will not claim CQC approval we do not have.

Real estate has Eviction Wizard, notice to writ in one dashboard. UK possession law is its own sport. We do not paste California notices into a section 8 file. We do build a single packet, a single trail, and a human on the send, using the templates your solicitor already signed off.

Automotive has Nexuvo. Dealers on that system pull in three times more private-party inventory with about 80 percent less manual outreach because the hunt runs overnight. UK dealers who still refresh Autotrader and Facebook by hand can see the pattern even when the sites differ.

Software companies get TokenTra: the bill by feature, 10 to 30 percent of wasted AI spend cut when the waste is visible. London and Manchester product teams with five model vendors and one finance thread are the usual readers. Music and media get Octana (a message in, a video out) and MixGuidera (mix notes from the track). Those two matter if your shop is a studio in Hackney or a catalogue team in Nashville-via-London. The method is the same.

Protectron is a public system aimed at EU AI Act paperwork. A UK company that still sells into the Union can look at it. A purely domestic team can skip it. Venture, manufacturing, FinTech, e-commerce, and professional services are on /industries without invented UK logos.

UK companies often already sit on Azure UK or AWS London. We build there when that is the rule. We do not quietly host a prototype on a personal San Diego account. If a proof of concept must leave your tenant, we say so and you approve the destination.

EU hosting where required is a studio sentence because it is already true for the practice. Irish entities, Dutch customers, and French users did not vanish because the company letterhead says England. When those records are in the workflow, we keep that slice in a region your counsel accepts. When they are not, we do not add Frankfurt for decoration.

ICO questionnaires, DPIA templates, and supplier forms go to cyriac@nidrosoft.com. We fill location, legal name, the public systems, and the hosting list. We leave certification boxes empty when we do not hold the paper. That is faster than a polished non-answer.

Approved access means named users and an end date. Shared inboxes as the only credential are a finding, not a plan. If your IT department needs a week to issue a guest account, we put that week on the calendar instead of starting in a shadow spreadsheet.

The first hour is with the founder. He will tell you if a workshop is enough, if a build is the buy, or if you should stay inside Microsoft Copilot and a better process. He will also tell you if you need a UK firm with clearance, a 50-person pod, or a partner who can sit in your office every Monday.

When the first system is live, a UK owner should be able to change a mapping, replay a failure, and revoke our guest account. Documentation is part of the build. A longer transformation offer exists if you want the pattern copied team by team. It still does not create a UK subsidiary.

If you later hire a London agency to extend the work, they should find a normal repo and a normal cloud project, not a locked appliance. That is a design goal. It is also how we stay out of your way.

If you need someone in the office every week, hire in the UK. If you need a partner with existing NHS or government frameworks, buy that partner. If you need a board strategy with no production system, buy a consultancy that sells that. If you need a live workflow in the tools you already pay for, and you can work in the afternoon overlap, book the audit.
