A continent page. You name the city and the stack.

Vendor pages love a continent shaped like a dartboard, with a pin in every capital. That pin usually means a reseller, a hope, or a lie. Travel when the embed needs a week on a floor, in a clinic, on a yard, or in a studio, and when that week is in the scope. We will not promise a quarterly tour of every region. We will name a flight when the diagnosis requires the room.

Africa is not a country and not a single clock. Lagos, Accra, and Dakar sit near UTC+0. Johannesburg, Cape Town, Harare, and Cairo sit near UTC+2. Nairobi, Addis Ababa, and Dar es Salaam sit near UTC+3. Casablanca has its own daylight-saving habit. We plan against the city you type on the form, not against a generic Africa slide.

English is the usual engineering language. French, Arabic, Portuguese, Swahili, Amharic, Yoruba, isiZulu, and the rest of the languages the floor uses stay in the product when you supply approved copy. We do not staff a continental translation desk. We also do not pretend English is everyone’s working language.

West Africa: operators in Lagos, Abuja, Accra, Abidjan, Dakar. The repeating jobs we hear about from this band look like inbox-heavy admin, dealer and importer lists, clinic front desks, and software teams selling abroad. The constraint is often the stack and the clock, not a lack of ambition. We build in the tools that already survive a bad traffic day or a generator afternoon, because those are the tools people actually open.

East Africa: Nairobi, Kampala, Kigali, Addis Ababa, Dar es Salaam. Product companies, logistics admin, and professional services often already work with European or US buyers. That makes the San Diego overlap a known problem, not a surprise. Mobile-money-shaped ops belong in the workflow you name. We will not lecture you about M-Pesa in a paragraph that pretends we run it.

Southern Africa: Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Gaborone, Harare, Lusaka. Load-shedding, fibre cuts, and hybrid offices are facts some teams live with. If that is your week, the system still has to live in the CRM and the phone people open when the lights come back. We design for that constraint when you tell us it exists. We do not invent a war story about it.

North Africa: Cairo, Casablanca, Tunis, Algiers. Arabic and French at the counter are common. English in the repo may still be fine. You say which. EU customer data shows up more often here because of proximity and trade. EU hosting where required applies when those records are in the workflow.

If you sit in a city we did not list (Luanda, Maputo, Antananarivo, Windhoek, Port Louis, and a hundred others) you are not off the page. You are the reason this is a continent URL instead of a fake twenty-country directory. Write the city, the UTC offset, and the tool.

A Lagos 16:00 audit is 08:00 in San Diego in winter and 09:00 in summer, close to the UK pattern. A Nairobi 17:00 audit is 07:00 or 08:00 Pacific. A Cape Town 17:00 is 07:00 or 08:00 as well, on a different calendar of holidays. If your team only has a reliable huddle window on certain days, put those days on the invite. We would rather have two solid hours a week than a fictional daily stand-up.

If power or connectivity is uneven, say so. The honest design response is to keep the system of record in the tool that already syncs, to make approval steps work on a phone, and to avoid a build that only runs when a desktop in the office is awake. That is method, not a claim that we have sat through your last outage.

Public holidays vary by country and by faith calendar. Eid, Christmas, national independence days, and election weeks empty rooms on different dates. You list them. We follow the list. San Diego will not infer them.

Travel from California is long. We take it when a week on site will change the diagnosis (a clinic floor, a yard, a warehouse) and when the scope includes the flight. We do not sell a multi-city safari as a product.

NDPR in Nigeria, POPIA in South Africa, Kenya’s DPA, Egypt’s data law, Morocco’s CNDP process, and the rest are not interchangeable. Send the policy that applies to the workflow. We implement retention, access, and location against that paper. We will not write a continent-wide privacy essay and call it advice.

EU hosting where required still matters. African exporters hold EU personal data more often than a US homepage admits. When those records sit in the job, we isolate them. When they do not, we do not add Frankfurt for decoration.

The studio has no SOC 2 report and no local certification in any African country. Vendor packs that assume a domestic entity will fail on letterhead. They may pass on architecture if your IT reads. We would rather fail the box than invent a Lagos director.

French-speaking rooms (Dakar, Abidjan, Casablanca, Tunis) can keep French in the interface if you supply the copy. The audit and the engineering still run in English unless you hire a local firm for a French-only embed. Arabic-speaking rooms follow the same split. Portuguese-speaking rooms too.

Embed means watching the repeating job, including the WhatsApp group that is the real CRM and the spreadsheet that is the real inventory. Diagnose means hours, feasibility, payback. Scope means what runs, what a person signs, what it should save. Build means your tenant, your domain, your billing. Own means someone in your city can run it on a Monday without waiting for California.

We will not scold a team for using WhatsApp. We will say when a job has outgrown it, and we will wire the next system so the people who live in chat still get a thread they can see. Money, contracts, and customers stay under a human. That rule does not loosen because the buyer is on this continent.

Fit: 30 to 250 with a named owner. Smaller teams when one build pays. Larger groups start in one country and one department, even if the letterhead lists four. A pan-African programme with no named inbox is a poor fit.

Omnira Dental is the healthcare artifact. A clinic group in any city on this page can open it and see practice-shaped agents. National health rules stay yours. Bring the name of the software the front desk already uses, and the language they speak to patients.

Eviction Wizard is a notice-to-writ dashboard. Tenancy and court process is local. We will not drop a California notice into a file in Johannesburg, Lagos, or Nairobi. We will build one packet, one trail, and a human on the send, using letters your lawyer already signed.

Nexuvo is the automotive pattern: three times the private-party inventory, about 80 percent less manual outreach, overnight. Dealer and importer groups who still refresh Facebook, Jiji, AutoTrader-shaped sites, or Instagram DMs by hand can see the idea. The sites change. The overnight outreach pattern does not.

TokenTra is the software pattern: 10 to 30 percent of wasted AI spend cut when the bill is visible by feature. Product teams in Lagos, Nairobi, Cape Town, and Cairo who sell to US or EU customers already know the model-bill mess. We will not invent an African hospital chain, an African bank, or an African ministry as a client. If those are your sectors, the method still applies. The artifact you can click is the one we shipped, not a logo we borrowed.

Cloud regions on the continent exist in some places and not in others. If your policy names Johannesburg, Cape Town, or another African region a hyperscaler actually sells, we use it. If your team already runs in eu-west-1 or us-east-1 because that is where the product lives, we write that down. We do not pretend every capital has a local availability zone.

Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, and private infrastructure are on the how-we-work list because those are the rooms companies already rent. We do not ask you to move onto a mystery Nidrosoft cloud. Guest access gets an expiry. Writes that touch money or customers get a human step.

Payments into a US LLC, FX, and whether your bank will clear the invoice are your finance facts. We follow the description your finance person sends. We are not your FX desk.

Transformation copies the pattern to the next team. If the next inbox is in another country on this continent, say so. We will not turn that into a fake expansion story. It is still one studio, still one thread.

We will not register Nidrosoft Kenya, Nidrosoft Nigeria, or Nidrosoft South Africa to make a slide prettier.

Buy a local firm when you need a domestic entity, weekly presence, a language-only embed, or a regulator that will not look at a US LLC. Buy this studio when you want Cyriac Zeh on the workflow, you can work in a real overlap or in writing, and you care that the system runs in your accounts.

A pan-African strategy tour with no named system is a poor fit. Chat seats alone are a toolkit purchase on the about page. A request to open offices in ten capitals is a request we will refuse.
