Product from the first screen to a URL people can use

Product at Nidrosoft is the door for a company that needs software, not an AI program. Cyriac Zeh designs and ships the first version: Figma, a rapid prototype, an MVP, a web or mobile app, and the cloud it runs on. The same seat does the screens and the code. The studio is in San Diego. The work follows your users. Book a free audit to decide whether you need an MVP Sprint, a Full Product, or a different door. This page does not list package prices.

01

What you buy

A product someone can open, not a pile of slides

If the leftover is a deck, you bought consulting. This door ships software.

Product is one of five Nidrosoft services. It absorbs the work the old site listed as product design, MVP, rapid prototyping, full-stack development, and cloud. Product consulting that asks “what should we build first” sits on Audit & strategy. The build of that first thing sits here. AI wired into a system you already run sits on AI systems. Do not buy this page if you only wanted a ranked map.

Cyriac Zeh founded Nidrosoft in San Diego after design and engineering roles at Anthropic, Microsoft on Bing and Edge, Intuit, and Gap Inc. Twelve-plus years of shipping is the background. One hundred twenty-five products shipped and sixteen public systems are the archive. Your product will not copy those brands unless you license one. It will copy the habit: one owner, one first user, one measure after launch.

San Diego founders and operators use this door when they have an idea, a recent round, or a workflow that still lives in a spreadsheet and needs a real surface. Encinitas, La Mesa, Carlsbad, and the rest of the county can sit in the room. Remote product work is normal once the first week of screens is agreed.

Best for

A named user, a first job the product must do, and someone who can approve screens in days, not quarters. Poor fit if you only wanted a strategy pack or a workshop.

02

Shapes

How this maps to MVP Sprint and Full Product

The Cost page names the shapes. This page names the work.

MVP Sprint on Cost is a 10 to 14 day path for idea validation and early traction. The listed work is a landing page or simple web app, up to five core features, a mobile-responsive design, basic authentication, a database, a production deploy, and one week of post-launch support. Book a call for the quote. This page will not invent a dollar figure.

Full Product on Cost is a 4 to 6 week path for a company ready to put a real app in front of users. The listed work is full UI and UX in Figma, web or mobile development, integrations, an admin surface, optional AI or automation features, payments, analytics, and two weeks of post-launch support. Again, Book a call is the price.

Enterprise on Cost is scoped per project when the architecture, the platforms, or the integrations will not fit those two windows. Product still starts with one user and one first job. A 200-person company that wants a new internal tool belongs here. A 200-person company that wants AI in the CRM they already pay for belongs on AI systems.

03

Design

Screens and code stay in one seat

We do not throw Figma over a wall.

Product design at Nidrosoft is Figma, Framer, or the lightest surface that can be argued over. Cyriac draws and then ships. A founder in San Diego can sit with the file in the same week the first route goes live. Rapid prototyping means a clickable path or a thin build, not a cinema of unused frames.

If you only wanted a brand book, hire a studio that sells brand books. If you wanted a design system with no product behind it, same answer. We will still make type, spacing, and states consistent. The test is whether a stranger can finish the first job without a tour.

Public products show the bar. Rizzer, Night Owl, Nourishr, Guidera, and Omnira Dental are designed objects people already open. We will not pretend your MVP needs every pattern those apps use. We will refuse a prototype that cannot be typed into by a real person.

04

Stack

Full-stack and cloud are how the product stays up

Cloud is not a separate SKU.

The stack on nidrosoft.com is the stack we use: React, TypeScript, and Tailwind on the front; Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and Supabase on the back; AWS, Vercel, and Docker for hosting; React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter when the leftover is a phone. We pick from that list for your job. We do not sell “DevOps” as a monthly poster. How we work already says the product runs in your accounts when that is the rule.

Nerlude exists because founders lose domains, keys, and renewals. A Nidrosoft product engagement will write where the app lives, who owns the DNS, and where the secrets sit. We will not store your production keys in a personal chat. If another shop treats that as extra, keep us.

Payments, maps, and messaging show up when the job needs them. Stripe, Mapbox, and similar tools appear in the public archive when the product required them. We will not add a payment provider because a template included one.

  • A live environment you can log into
  • Source in a repo you control
  • A short runbook for deploy and rollback
  • Named owners for DNS, billing, and secrets

05

Weeks

How the days actually go

Week one is users and the first path. Week two is the path in production.

Embed still applies. We watch the current workaround: the spreadsheet, the WhatsApp group, the landing page that collects emails by hand. Diagnose names the first job. Scope writes five features or fewer for an MVP, or the Full Product list if the jobs are already obvious. Build happens in your repo. Own means someone on your side can ship a fix after we step back.

A 10 to 14 day sprint is rude on purpose. If a feature cannot be explained in one sentence, it waits. A 4 to 6 week product has room for an admin surface and a payment. It still starts with one user finishing one job.

San Diego teams can sit in person for the first screens. Southern California is the same offer. Everyone else works on a link with a shared Figma and a shared repo. Geography changes the whiteboard, not the definition of done.

We will show you a URL early. A week of only slides is a stall. If access to copy, logos, or a Stripe test key slips, the calendar slips. Write that in the confirmation so nobody calls it a mystery.

06

Wrong door

When Product is the wrong buy

A wrong door wastes the first month.

Buy Audit & strategy when you cannot name the first user or the first job. Buy AI systems when the company already has a CRM, inbox, or floor tool and wants a machine inside it. Buy Workshops when the team needs shared language before anyone writes code. Buy Transformation when several teams must run the same method after the first ship.

Skip Product if you wanted a 40-page research report and no URL. Skip it if you wanted a staffed design org with no engineer. Skip it if you needed a marketplace, a bank, or a clinic OS and expected it in two weeks. Skip it if the only ask is “make it look like a Series B.”

Other option wins

A strategy firm for a board pack. A product shop with a bench when you already have a 30-page spec and need many tickets in parallel. Seats and a workshop when the leftover is practice.

07

San Diego

Who this page is written for locally

The studio is here. The product can run anywhere.

People search product design San Diego, MVP development San Diego, and full stack developer San Diego and land on agencies that split design and code. Nidrosoft is a studio of one founder plus the people the work requires. Cyriac still sits on the first screens. If you wanted a 20-person UX department, say so. We will tell you to hire that shop.

Local work we already discuss in writing includes dental, property, restaurants, and contractors. Those articles are about AI in existing tools. This page is the sister door: a new surface when the existing tool is the wrong place to start. Read AI implementation for San Diego small businesses if the job is wiring, not inventing.

We will travel. We will not invent a second office in your city to win the booking. Email stays cyriac@nidrosoft.com.

08

Proof

Public products we are allowed to point at

Sixteen public systems. One hundred twenty-five shipped.

Omnira Dental, Octana, Eviction Wizard, Guidera, TokenTra, Protectron, Nerlude, Nexuvo, NanoBrief, Clear Audio AI, MixGuidera, Rizzer, Night Owl, Nourishr, Nabsta, and the rest of the archive on Work are how we prove the studio ships. Nexuvo dealers acquire 3x more inventory with 80 percent less manual outreach. TokenTra teams have cut 10 to 30 percent of wasted AI spend. NanoBrief briefs land in under two minutes against a three-plus hour baseline. Those numbers stay attached to those products.

Your MVP will not inherit those numbers. It inherits the rule: measure one job after launch. If we cannot name that job, we are still in Audit & strategy.

09

Start

Bring the user and the first job

Pretty decks waste the first morning.

Book the public calendar or write cyriac@nidrosoft.com. Say who the first user is, what they must finish, and whether you think this is an MVP Sprint or a Full Product. If you already have Figma, attach it. If you already have a repo, say so.

We will reply with a shape or with a no. A no usually means you need a map, a workshop, or an AI system in a tool you already pay for. That no is part of the service.

Scope sets the fee. Cost shows the windows. This page will not invent currency.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Plain answers for buyers, search, and the people who have to approve the work.

01

What does Nidrosoft mean by Product?

Design through a live URL: Figma, prototype, MVP or full app, full-stack, and cloud. Cyriac Zeh ships from San Diego. Book a free audit to pick MVP Sprint or Full Product. No package price is printed here.

02

Is this the same as product consulting?

Consulting that ranks what to build sits on Audit & strategy. This page is the build of that first product. You can buy the map and stop. You can buy the product after a map you already trust.

03

Do you do product design without code?

We will draw the first path. We will not sell a brand system with no ship date. If you only want visual identity, hire a brand studio.

04

What stack do you use?

The list on nidrosoft.com: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Supabase, AWS, Vercel, Docker, and mobile when the leftover is a phone. We pick from that list for your job.

05

How is this different from AI systems?

Product makes a new surface. AI systems write into a CRM, inbox, ERP, or floor tool you already pay for. Many companies need both, in that order or the reverse.

06

Can a San Diego founder sit with you in person?

Yes. San Diego, La Mesa, and Southern California can be in the room for screens. Everyone else works on a link. The studio does not invent a second office.

07

What do we own?

The repo, the Figma, the production URL, and the runbook, unless a license says otherwise. You do not own Omnira Dental or another Nidrosoft product unless you license it.

08

Who leads the work?

Cyriac Zeh, founder of Nidrosoft. Previously Anthropic, Microsoft (Bing and Edge), Intuit, and Gap Inc. Sixteen public systems and 125 products shipped inform the examples.
