Dublin and beyond. English delivery. EU rules when they apply.

Ireland is full of US technology names with a real legal entity and a real campus. Nidrosoft is not one of them. Cyriac Zeh founded the studio in San Diego after Anthropic, Microsoft (Bing and Edge), Intuit, and Gap Inc. He ships as The AI Architect when the job is design through production. If your procurement pack assumes we are a Dublin subsidiary of a US group, we will mark that line false on day one.

If your procurement pack can accept a California studio that builds inside an Irish or EU tenant, with a human on customer sends, keep reading. Plenty of Irish operators are 30 to 250 people, English-speaking, and already in Microsoft 365. That is the main fit. A request to staff a Docklands floor next quarter is a request we will refuse.

Dublin is the search magnet. Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford, Belfast-adjacent cross-border groups, and remote teams in the counties sit on this same URL. Northern Ireland also appears on the United Kingdom page because the clock is shared and the legal frame may be UK. If your entity is Irish and your people sit in Belfast, say both facts. We will not guess. A software team in the Docklands and a clinic admin team in Cork share a language on this page and almost nothing else in the stack. The Dublin team may already live in GitHub and a US parent’s Slack. The Cork team may live in a practice system and a shared mailbox. Both can book the same audit. The first watch has to happen on the screen that is true, which is often the mailbox, even when the MSA is signed by a California GC.

Remote first. Travel when the embed needs a week in a clinic, a yard, a plant, or a studio, and when that week is in the scope. DUB is an easy airport. That does not make us Irish.

In winter, Ireland is eight hours ahead of San Diego. In summer both sides move and the gap stays eight. A 15:00 audit in Dublin is 07:00 Pacific. A 9:30 stand-up in Galway is 01:30 Pacific and does not include us.

Irish bank holidays do not match US ones. St Stephen’s Day, the June and August holidays, and the stretch around Christmas close rooms. Put them on the invite. We will not learn them from a tourist list.

Many Irish software teams already work with California product managers. This studio’s clock is the clock they already use. The difference is that the person on the 15:00 is also the person who writes the integration, not an account manager handing off to a nameless pod.

Ireland is in the Union. UK pages have to talk around that. This page does not. EU hosting and EU data residency where required is the default conversation, not an add-on. If the workflow holds EU personal data, we keep that slice in a region your counsel accepts: Azure Ireland, AWS Dublin, or another EU region already on your list.

A lot of Irish companies are the EU entity for a US parent. Say which tenant owns production and which legal name signs the DPA. We will not assume the Docklands office owns the data because the people sit there. Sometimes the data is already in us-east and legal has accepted that. The audit writes the truth, including the awkward one. Cyriac Zeh will sit on the 15:00 with whoever owns the workflow, even if the US parent wants to join at 7:00 Pacific. SOC 2 is not a studio claim. If your US parent’s security team treats that as a gate, we say we fail it. Some Irish mid-market teams still proceed because the work runs in their logging. Some do not.

Embed means sitting with the coordinator who still copies fields between a shared mailbox and a sheet. Diagnose means hours, feasibility, payback. Scope means what runs, what a person signs, what it should save. Build means your tenant. Own means someone in Ireland can run it at 9:30 without waiting for California.

English is the working language, which removes the France-shaped constraint. Irish rooms still have their own vocabulary (PPS, Revenue, HSE-adjacent admin, CRO). We learn the words the floor uses. We do not perform a nationality we do not have. A week of watching a shared-services inbox in Dublin will teach us more than a tour of the campus kitchen. If the US parent wants a daily 9:30 Pacific stand-up, that is 17:30 Irish time and can work. If they want a 9:30 Irish stand-up with the vendor, that is 01:30 Pacific and cannot.

Fit bands match the site. Under 30 when one build pays. Thirty to 250 with a named owner. Larger organisations start in one department. A campus that wants a staffed partner in the building five days a week should buy that partner.

Omnira Dental is the healthcare artifact. Irish dental and medical admin rules stay yours. What you can open is practice-shaped software. Bring the name of the system the receptionist already uses.

Eviction Wizard is a notice-to-writ dashboard. Irish residential tenancy process is not California process. We will not drop a US notice into an RTB file. We will build one packet, one trail, and a human on the send, using letters your solicitor already likes.

Nexuvo is the automotive pattern: three times the private-party inventory, about 80 percent less manual outreach, overnight. Irish dealer groups who still refresh DoneDeal and Facebook by hand can see the idea. TokenTra is the software pattern: 10 to 30 percent of wasted AI spend cut when the bill is visible by feature. Dublin product companies with five model vendors are the usual readers.

Octana and MixGuidera cover video-from-a-message and mix notes from a track. Protectron is a public EU AI Act product, which is on-topic for an Irish entity even when the parent is American. Inspect it as software. It is not a certificate we hang on the wall.

Funds, professional services, e-commerce, and manufacturing use the same embed. We will not invent an Irish hospital or an Irish fund logo. DoneDeal-shaped automotive work and practice-software-shaped clinic admin are the Irish surfaces. A shared-services centre in Dublin that runs inbox work for a US or EU group is a common first watch: the repeating job is local, the customer is not. We start with the local coordinator, then write back into the parent’s CRM if that is where the record must live. The published numbers stay the ones on Nexuvo and TokenTra, because those are the systems we are willing to put a figure on.

AWS Europe (Ireland) and Azure Ireland exist because this country became a hosting story decades ago. If your security paper already names them, we build there. If your parent already standardized on Frankfurt or Belgium, we use that. We do not move you to a personal San Diego project. A typical first month is a guest account, a 15:00 watch with the coordinator who still copies the fields, a written map the Irish owner can forward to a US GC, then production in the named region. If the US parent joins at 7:00 Pacific, that is 15:00 Irish time and fits. If they want a 9:30 Irish huddle with the vendor, that is 01:30 Pacific and does not.

Cloudflare and private infrastructure stay on the how-we-work list. Multiple tenants are common when the Irish entity must stay split from a US parent. Say that split in the audit. It changes who signs the DPA and who holds the admin role.

Approved access means a named guest and an end date. If IT needs a week to issue it, that week is on the calendar. Shared passwords are a finding.

You meet the founder. There is no Dublin salesperson. Twelve-plus years, 125 products shipped, 16 public systems. Speaking credits are San Diego rooms. The about page is the pack page. Irish buyers who have sat through a year of US vendors handing them an account manager will notice the difference in the first hour: the person who heard the workaround is the person who names the field. If that feels thin because you wanted a twenty-person bench on the campus, it is thin. Hire the bench. Use this studio when one thread is the product.

If you want a half-day workshop for leadership, we can run it in the afternoon overlap on your tenant and your workflows. It is a poor substitute for a build if the shared mailbox is still the product.

A local sidecar engineer is welcome. Hire them on an Irish contract. We pair. We do not brand them as Nidrosoft.

An Irish owner should replay a failure at 9:30 and revoke our guest account without a ticket across the Atlantic. Documentation is part of the build. The next Dublin contractor should find a normal repo, a normal cloud project, and a runbook that names the human approval step. We will not leave a locked appliance that only San Diego can open. If the Irish entity is the EU controller and the US parent is the operator, the runbook says both names. That sentence has saved more arguments than a slide about being global.

Transformation copies the pattern to the next team, or to a UK or EU sister company if that is the next inbox. It does not create Nidrosoft Ireland Limited.

Buy a Dublin firm when you need weekly presence, an Irish company on the paper, or a partner who already sits on your campus. Buy this studio when you want Cyriac Zeh on the workflow, you already work with California hours, and EU hosting in your accounts is the residency story you need.

Board-only strategy and chat seats alone are poor fits. A request to open a Grand Canal office is a request we will refuse.
