AI bootcamp for entrepreneurs | Nidrosoft

AI bootcamp for entrepreneurs in La Mesa and Chula Vista: a hands-on half-day on your live files. Book a free 15-minute AI readiness call now.

Cyriac Ndo Zeh

AI bootcamp for entrepreneurs is a half-day, hands-on room for founders in La Mesa and Chula Vista who already run a shop and need practice on their own files. You leave with a playbook and dated homework. You do not leave with a live receptionist on the trunk or a row in the practice management system.

Nidrosoft is the San Diego studio of Cyriac Ndo Zeh, a design engineer who implements AI for small and mid-size businesses: audits, custom builds, phone and receptionist agents, training, and systems the team can own.

Written by Cyriac Ndo Zeh, Founder of Nidrosoft — 12+ years building software and AI products for San Diego small businesses. Also on LinkedIn.

Key takeaways

  • The bootcamp is a half-day operator room. Founders who still answer the cell sit next to the coordinator who already pastes into ChatGPT.
  • La Mesa and Chula Vista are the geography this page uses. Workshops have been run in La Mesa. South Bay desks often need a Spanish-first drill the village office does not.
  • You leave with prompts, refuse rules, and one ranked workflow. You do not leave with Open Dental, Dentrix, Toast, or ServiceTitan writing itself.
  • Next cohort forming now. Private team sessions book through Book a free 15-minute AI readiness call or cyriac@nidrosoft.com.
  • A later build is a different leftover. Read AI implementation for small business when the unofficial Sheet still owns Friday.
  • Smaller shops fit when one workflow is clear. The 30-to-250 band still applies. A solo founder can sit if they will keep the playbook.

Who an AI bootcamp for entrepreneurs is for

The useful founder is already in the operation. They still approve the estimate. They still cover the lunch gap at the front desk. They already pasted a recall text or a no-show note into ChatGPT in the parking lot behind a La Mesa village shop or in a lot off Third Avenue in Chula Vista. The bootcamp exists to turn that private paste into a playbook the team can revoke and reuse.

This is not a pitch day. We will not score your deck. We will not introduce investors. We will not run a “startup AI” module that assumes you are pre-revenue in a downtown incubator. The buyer on this page has chairs, trucks, or a book of appointments. The leftover is judgment on tools they already pay for.

Chairs that should sit: the founder, the person who sends customer text, and the person who will inherit the playbook on Tuesday. In a 8-person dental office along Baltimore Drive, that is often the dentist, the coordinator, and the office manager. In a 15-person South Bay restaurant group, that is the operator, the reservation lead, and the person who already fights Toast or OpenTable no-shows. In a 20-person trade shop that stages near the 805, that is the owner, the estimator, and the dispatcher.

Leave the advisor who wanted a photo. Leave the cousin who “likes ChatGPT” unless they own the unofficial Sheet. Bring counsel or the compliance owner if customer text will later touch a third-party model. Practice can use synthetic rows. A later build that writes production patient or guest text without a written sentence from counsel will stall, and the bootcamp should say that before lunch.

Fit is companies roughly 30 to 250 people, plus smaller shops if the workflow is clear. Most founders who book this room sit under 40 people. That is fine. A 6-person La Mesa studio can sit if WorkflowName is one sentence. A 4-person Chula Vista shop can sit if the founder is the inheritor. A 200-person company can sit only if one department is the buyer and the rest of the building is out of scope.

Local educators can win this leftover. San Diego AI under James Schlauch publicly teaches and consults. AI Upside Group publicly sells training plus consulting. Christian Johnston’s “Your AI Guy” brand is his. If their room matches your files, hire them. Score whether you leave with a playbook you own. This page is the Nidrosoft cut: La Mesa or Chula Vista hours, your export, and a written boundary between practice and a write path.

If the founder’s real leftover is a restaurant no-show queue after the room, keep AI agent for restaurant open. If the leftover is a village dental write path, use AI agent for dentist and the La Mesa city page after you finish homework. The bootcamp stays on practice.

La Mesa village hours versus Chula Vista South Bay hours

La Mesa sits on the first ridge of East County. Baltimore Drive carries medical and dental traffic toward Grossmont. University Avenue and La Mesa Boulevard carry the village lunch crowd and the offices that still pick up their own phones. Interstate 8 is the clock. A coordinator who lives in La Mesa and a specialist who works downtown do not share the afternoon. Workshops have been run in La Mesa. That fact is why this bootcamp can name a village room without inventing a franchise map.

Chula Vista sits in the South Bay. Third Avenue still has the older village texture: restaurants, clinics, and shops that run bilingual by default. Otay Ranch and Millenia run a newer retail and medical clock. Interstate 5 and Interstate 805 are the split. A Spanish-first afternoon at a Third Avenue desk is a different constraint than a Grossmont-adjacent hygiene day. Crossing windows and family travel to Tijuana show up on the book in ways a La Mesa village office does not see.

The bootcamp will not mash those clocks into “San Diego County training.” Say the city when you book. A 8:00 a.m. start that works for a La Mesa hygiene coordinator can punish a Chula Vista restaurant operator who closed after 11:00 p.m. A 1:00 p.m. start that works for a South Bay office manager can miss the East County estimator who is already on a roof in Allied Gardens.

Remote is normal when the inheritor cannot lose the desk. In-room days help when the unofficial stack is paper: a clipboard behind a host stand on Third Avenue, a recall printout on Baltimore Drive, an estimate folder in a truck. Cyriac lives in San Diego. La Mesa is next door. Chula Vista is a South Bay drive, not a flight. Proximity means the person who later writes a connector can watch the workaround. Proximity does not invent a staffed classroom on Third Avenue or a second studio on La Mesa Boulevard.

Parking is part of the brief. Village La Mesa parking and Otay Ranch garage parking are different 20 minutes. We will not assume a Harbor Drive validation sticker. We will not assume University Town Center hours. Say where the file lives. We will match that lot.

National City and Bonita sit on the same South Bay map as Chula Vista. Spring Valley, Lemon Grove, and El Cajon sit on the East County map with La Mesa. Founders who cover two cities still need one playbook and a ServiceArea or LocationId field on the board before they share a script. Hiding the second city inside “the county” is how a bootcamp ships a confirmation the truck cannot honor.

Half-day curriculum and the drills that count

The bootcamp is a half-day. A 2-hour owner seminar exists on the AI seminar San Diego page. This room is longer because founders need reps, not only a shared picture. Morning writes the leftover sentence and walks three live tasks. Afternoon is timed drills. The refusal to send is graded the same as the send.

Curriculum you can paste into a calendar invite:

Block Minutes Founder job
Leftover sentence: playbook, map, queue, or pickup 25 Say which leftover you are buying today
Unofficial process on the board 40 Name who pastes, who sends, who inherits
Three live tasks on your file 60 Rewrite what you already tried in ChatGPT
Refuse rules and identification 35 Money, clinical guesses, legal advice, STOP
Drill 1: confirmation the desk will send 25 Coordinator or host clicks send or refuses
Drill 2: follow-up the founder will price 25 Estimate, recall, or no-show note
Drill 3: transfer line a later phone agent would need 25 Hours, language, and the human gate
Homework date and stop rule 20 One rewrite, one credential move, one no

Tools stay the ones you already pay for. ChatGPT Team or Enterprise if you have it. Microsoft Copilot if those seats are unused. Google Workspace if that is the unofficial brain. Toast, OpenTable, or Resy if the founder runs food. Open Dental, Dentrix, or EagleSoft if the founder runs a chair. Jobber or ServiceTitan if the founder runs trucks. We will not force a new vendor during the bootcamp. We will name Rosie, Goodcall, Smith.ai, FrontDesk, DentalAssist, and Voksha when pickup is the real job, because this room will not answer the trunk tonight.

La Mesa dental texture belongs in drill one when that is the file. RecallDueDate, LastAttemptAt, OwnerName. The coordinator marks reached, left voicemail, or do not call. Auto-dialing a clinical reminder without a person is a scope we decline even as a classroom fantasy.

Chula Vista restaurant or clinic texture belongs in drill one when that is the file. PartySize, NoShowFlag, PreferredLanguage. A Spanish-first confirmation is a first-class drill, not a later phase. A bilingual South Bay desk that practices only in English will ship a playbook the afternoon shift cannot use.

Trade texture belongs when the founder stages crews. JobAddress, EstimateStatus, CrewLead, LastOutboundAt. The follow-up drill is the driveway proposal that nobody nudged because the owner was on a job in Bonita or Spring Valley.

NanoBrief-shaped speed is a fair founder drill when the leftover is a Monday packet: investor update, franchise report, or multi-location brief. Public result: briefs under 2 minutes versus 3-plus hours when the input is already gathered. That is drafting. It is not hygiene recall.

We will not pad the afternoon with a “future of work” block. If the drills finish early, we grade more rows from your file. If the drills run long, we cut the transfer line and keep the confirmation. The confirmation is the sentence customers already receive.

What a founder should bring from the shop

Bring the unofficial system. That is usually a Sheet, a shared inbox, a chat history, or a stack of printed lists. Bring last month’s export if you are allowed to share it. Bring a synthetic copy if you are not. Bring the script you already taped to the monitor, even if it is ugly.

Bring access facts, not passwords in a group chat. Who owns the ChatGPT workspace. Who owns the Copilot tenant. Who can invite a guest that expires. Who still uses a personal Gmail for customer drafts. The bootcamp will move one credential out of a personal account as homework. It will not reset your production PMS.

Bring the language the desk actually speaks. A Chula Vista founder who says “we are bilingual” should bring one Spanish confirmation and one English confirmation that already went out. A La Mesa founder who says “we only get English” should still write PreferredLanguage on the board, because East County lines are not as monolingual as the website footer.

Bring the hour you actually close. Village La Mesa offices that lock at 5:00 still get the 6:40 p.m. cell call. South Bay restaurants that close after 10:00 still get the lunch no-show text the next day. The bootcamp refuse list should include after-hours promises the truck or the chair cannot keep.

Bring counsel’s sentence if it exists. If it does not, say so. We will practice on approved or synthetic files. We will not use the bootcamp to launder a production write.

Packet for the 15-minute booking call, so the half-day does not start on theater:

  1. WorkflowName in one sentence.
  2. SystemOfRecordName and the unofficial Sheet name if they differ.
  3. OperatorName and InheritorName.
  4. City: La Mesa, Chula Vista, or both, with LocationId if both.
  5. A sample file or a synthetic copy.
  6. Preferred length: half-day only on this page. If you need 2 hours, book the seminar.

If you already tried a same-day receptionist, bring the recordings or the transcript the vendor emailed you. The bootcamp can write a better greeting and a cleaner transfer. It cannot fix a trunk you have not forwarded.

Playbook leftover versus a later build

A playbook changes what people can do with tools they already have. A build changes what the system does while the founder is on I-8, on the 805, or in a chair-side conversation. Buying the first when you need the second produces energy and the same inbox. Buying the second when you need the first produces software nobody asked to operate.

Founders mix the words because both invoices say AI. Write the leftover before you mix them. Playbook: prompts and rules in your tenant. Map: a two-week audit packet. Queue: rows with state in the PMS, CRM, or phone stack. Pickup: a number that answers tonight. The bootcamp sells the playbook. AI implementation for small business sells the queue path. A $50-per-month receptionist sells pickup.

Public build textures you may hear in the room: Omnira Dental for practice queues, Eviction Wizard for packets a person files, TokenTra for spend by feature (10-30% wasted-spend cut when you can see the bill), Nexuvo for overnight inventory (3x, 80% less outreach), Protectron for EU Artificial Intelligence Act artifacts (not legal advice), Nerlude for keys, Octana for video from a message, Guidera on iOS. Open the closest URL. Do not ask for invented La Mesa or Chula Vista logos. Those products are proof of shape, not proof that your half-day emptied the inbox.

Sequence is allowed. Bootcamp first, homework, then an audit, then one queue. Write two budget lines and a date. Mixing them in one statement of work produces a slide and no inheritor. City pages after the room: AI implementation La Mesa for village and East County texture, AI implementation Chula Vista for South Bay texture. This page stays on the founder room.

Do not buy the bootcamp as after-hours coverage. Do not buy it as a board vote. Do not buy it as a substitute for a Spanish-first phone agent you already know you need. Those leftovers have other invoices.

How to book a private team session

Private team sessions start with a free 15-minute AI readiness call. You name the city, the leftover, the inheritor, and the file. We name the date, the mode (village-adjacent, South Bay, or remote), and the refuse list. Then we send a one-page brief.

Book a free 15-minute AI readiness call. Email cyriac@nidrosoft.com if you already have a room above a La Mesa shop or a back office off Third Avenue. Calendar: https://calendar.app.google/GCtfuTx3Ms6K7d579. The studio does not publish a phone number on this page. Use the email.

We will decline a bootcamp that is actually a 80-person keynote. We will decline a bootcamp that is actually a same-day receptionist install. We will decline a bootcamp that asks us to write production rows without access. We will decline a “startup pitch practice” that has no customers and no file. Those are different rooms.

A series is available. Session one writes the playbook. Session two grades homework. Session three is only booked if the team rewrote the confirmation and moved the credential. If nobody did the work, we stop. A leftover sandwich in a village courtyard is not a second invoice.

Next cohort forming now. Private rooms, not a ticketed festival. If you want a public talk, watch the San Diego Executive Roundtable or AI for the Rest of Us. If you want your recall export or your reservation book on the table, book the private half-day.

Typical cost bands and honest stop rules

This page does not publish a bootcamp price. Typical project bands, not quotes: the readiness call is free. A scoped audit often lands in the low thousands. A first custom agent or integration often lands in a mid four- to five-figure project band depending on systems. A $50-per-month receptionist SaaS is a different leftover. A private half-day sits nearer the training leftover than the custom-agent leftover. Ask on the call for the band that matches chair count and whether session two is already in the brief.

A founder and two operators is a different band than a 12-person South Bay staff plus a Spanish drill. Remote saves the lot. It does not save attention. If the founder is answering the shop line under the table, buy a shorter seminar or wait until a closer can cover.

Stop rules we will write into the brief:

  • Stop if InheritorName is empty on the booking call.
  • Stop after session one if homework is untouched.
  • Stop and point at pickup if the trunk is the only fire.
  • Stop and point at an audit if the unofficial Sheet already has state columns and nobody updates them.
  • Stop if the founder wanted a photograph for Instagram more than a playbook.

What we will not put on a bootcamp invoice: a production phone agent, a business associate agreement as a classroom gift, a claim submission, a charge post, a notice filing, or a promised percentage lift. Nexuvo, TokenTra, and NanoBrief public results are product textures. They are not classroom guarantees. We will not invent a La Mesa or Chula Vista testimonial.

Procurement language that says “transformation” should be rewritten to playbook, chairs, files, and homework date. If you need the queue statement of work, attach AI implementation for small business.

How Nidrosoft handles this

The studio method is Embed, Diagnose, Scope, Build, Own. A bootcamp uses the first three words with more reps than a 2-hour seminar. Embed means we sit with the founder’s file in La Mesa or Chula Vista hours. Diagnose means we write the unofficial process: who pastes, who sends, who inherits, which language. Scope means we rank one workflow and write the refuse list. Build and Own wait for a later statement of work.

Cyriac has 12-plus years building software and AI products. The studio has shipped 125 products and keeps 16 public. Prior seats include Anthropic, Microsoft on Bing and Edge, Intuit, and Gap Inc. Corporate AI training is a listed service. Workshops have been run in La Mesa. We will not invent a Chula Vista campus. We will sit where the file lives or on a screen.

After the room, you own the playbook in your tenant. We can hold a copy if you ask. We will not keep your guest list or your recall export as a marketing asset. We will not publish your field names. We will not put your logo on a slide unless you ask in writing.

If the bootcamp reveals pickup is the job, we will say so. If it reveals a write path is the job, we will point at an audit, then a scoped build on the city page that matches the desk. If it reveals the founder only wanted the word bootcamp on a flyer, we will still send the playbook and stop.

Founders sometimes book this room because a peer in the village already did. Bring the file anyway. The peer’s prompt does not know your NoShowFlag or your PreferredLanguage. The board still has to name them.

Frequently asked questions

Is an AI bootcamp for entrepreneurs a multi-week course?

The default is a half-day with optional homework sessions. It is not a 6-week campus. If you need a series, we book session two only after the confirmation was rewritten. A longer course that never touches your file is a different leftover. Ask for the half-day first.

Can a solo founder in La Mesa sit without a team?

Yes, if they are the inheritor and one workflow is clear. Bring the unofficial Sheet. Bring the chat history from the parking lot. A solo room is still a bootcamp if the drills run on a live file. A solo room that only wants inspiration should watch a public talk instead.

Do you run the bootcamp in Chula Vista in Spanish?

We can run drills on Spanish customer text the desk already sends. The teaching language of the room is English unless we agree otherwise on the booking call. PreferredLanguage still goes on the board. A Spanish-first phone agent is a later build, not a classroom gift.

Will this get my restaurant or clinic a production agent the same week?

No. You leave with a playbook. A production agent needs access, a scope, and human gates. Same-week pickup is a SaaS receptionist. Same-quarter write path is an audit then a build. Keep those invoices separate.

Where do I send the booking if I do not want to use a form?

Email cyriac@nidrosoft.com. Use /contact if you want the 15-minute call on the calendar. https://calendar.app.google/GCtfuTx3Ms6K7d579 is the same calendar. There is no published studio phone number on this page.

Next cohort forming now

Next cohort forming now. If you already run a shop in La Mesa or Chula Vista and you already paste into ChatGPT, Book a free 15-minute AI readiness call and name the file. Email cyriac@nidrosoft.com if village hours or a South Bay close time miss the grid. We will pick the clock that matches the desk, not a downtown default.

If the leftover is already a queue, open AI implementation for small business. If the leftover is restaurant no-shows, keep AI agent for restaurant next to this page. If the leftover is a city build after homework, use AI implementation La Mesa or AI implementation Chula Vista. The bootcamp stays the playbook. The call stays free. Write cyriac@nidrosoft.com.
